In 2023 we expanded our machine park through the addition of the TTM Open B 80T hydraulic die-cutting machine.

With an illuminated worktable, this machine is equipped with a powerful controller that manages all functions: from press set-up to stroke and cut-off adjustment.

In December 2022, D.R.S. Guarnizioni Industriali S.r.l. submitted an application for the Announcement for Recovery 2022 (Energy efficiency line of the production process of micro, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises).

DRS has been producing and trading gaskets and technical items for industry since 1990. For over 30 years, we have specialised in sealing solutions for the lighting sector. DRS offers tailor-made solutions for each specific requirement; offering a quick and efficient service for both sampling and large and small supplies of moulded, die-cut or extruded gaskets in plastic, rubber, silicone or felt materials.

It is particularly suitable for protecting the support surfaces of lamps, appliances, seats and industrial design objects.

This year we have proudly produced these felt discs coupled with EPDM and double-sided foil for a prestigious Italian manufacturer of luminaires.

BOY 100 E automatic injection moulding machine, for rubber and silicone, has a clamping force of 100 tons, 400x450 mm magnetic heating tops and a silicone hopper of 6 liters.

Messe Frankfurt has officially announced the postponement of the twentieth edition of Light+Building for the second half of September. The wish is to meet in a serene climate and leave this uncertain situation behind us.
